Electricity is residential, but water is based on commercial rate which around RM30 to 36 per month

this place got so many investor meh? i though ppl buy mostly own stay here as no lrt/mrt ?? also here mostly reasonable size, right ? not those pigeon units..

You be surprise with investors buying everywhere especially those offering zero dp, cashback etc.....that why auction market going to be more lively in 2020 and beyond
