Problem now is that Zerg is still heavy micro intense and Terren Car shooting while moving is wayyy to fuckn OP. Easy win makes a lot of car and run around kiting them till death. LOTV Favours more to terren and protoss again.
Also that protoss disintegrate is like that StarCraft terren science vessel irradiate. Easy picking from a distance.. tactic hit and run aiming to reduce heavy units like Battlecruse / thor / ultralisk.
This sucks.
I main Zerg, and I feel that the Siege Tank's and Immortal's ability to shoot while moving is not OP. The simple solution to that is to not allow your units to be kited and just move away so you don't take unnecessary damage. And Roaches and Hydralisks with their respective speed upgrades (and Zerglings even without the speed upgrade) can outrun an un-sieged Tank.
This is also similar to Mutalisk vs Phoenix. Phoenix can also shoot while moving, and is slightly faster than a Mutalisk. You don't just 1-A your Mutas into a group of Phoenix, that would be suicide, especially if the Phoenix have their range upgrade! What you do is to fly away and attack somewhere else, then transition to another unit/tech.
All races have some sort of micro: Even each race's macro mechanic (Zerg Queen's Injects, Protoss Chronoboost, Terran Mule drop) still takes some APM and could therefore be considered "Micro" because you have to do it frequently. Attacking intelligently is also micro because you have to properly position your units, and not just 1-A into your opponent's deathball.
If you don't like to micro, then I've got bad news for you... you've just hit your skill ceiling.
And if by "Protoss Disintegrate" you mean the Disruptor, then you should click the link I gave earlier, coz Blizz is not done with redesigning this unit:

Disruptor
We still agree with you that the current version in the beta is not good, because just being invulnerable for so long doesn’t have the interesting micro and the potential for cool interactions. With that in mind, we’ve actually been focusing heavily on trying out various community suggestions and also branching off our own ideas from your suggestions. We’ll have a better update for you on the Disruptor next week, since we’re not quite done playtesting the various versions and forming conclusions on this area yet.
In my opinion, Protoss has always been the "hit-and-run" race: the skills Blink, Recall, Force Fields, Timewarp, and even Stasis Ward could be used for "hit-and-run" tactics at any point in the game.
The thing with this game is that the community shouldn't cry OP every time a strategy wrecks you. There's always a solution, a counter, and most importantly, a way to play better in the next game. LOTV is still in Beta, and there will be more changes until Blizz is ready to release it. If you still feel that your voice needs to be heard, then by all means, post your gripes on the BattleNet Forums.
