I'm also a purchaser one of the studio unit. Have you all encountered that the lawyer asked you to sign a "CONSENT FORM" during the signing of SPA / Loan agreement? It is a consent stated that you "permit the developer to change/ deviates part of or ALL COMMON PROPERTY in the building set out in First and Fourth Schedules of the SPA that as may be required from time to time...etc.. etc.. " WITHOUT any statement on compensation if all common property have to be altered or failed to deliver..
Meaning to say.. you allow them to move your car park from lowest floor to highest floor  or make the swimming pool half the size smaller due to "authority" restriction or when they "think" it is necessary.

I find it so wrong and refused to sign it, the lawyer didn't give much problem as they said it is requested by the dev. They allowed me to bring a copy back and ask me write into the developer to find out what is it all about.

But at the meanwhile, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN it until you are very sure what is it about.

my friend bought level 11, just received 2 bills release from bank to developer (Frame & brickwork)
Most of the contractor can construct 2 floors to 3 floors per month. If not mistaken December 16 at Podium Level or Level 11 which is transfer plate/beam area which take more time to construct. January start from level 11 and May reach level 18. Meaning to say 1.6 floor/month

Moreover, Tower B more slowly compare to Tower A. They are more focus on Tower A
