I have been staying at this place for 4 months already.
My unit is okay, not many defects (all fixed by now), the wardrobe is done well also.
In terms of eateries:
- There are many food options from restaurants in the shopping mall to the night stalls downstairs and also the kopitiams / mamak around the mall (there are at least 4 kopitiams surrounding the building, if you walk a bit further there is even more)
- Open from early morning to midnight, otherwise can eat at 24H mamak opposite or buy groceries from the 24H mart beside
- Can cook yourself, can easily go down to pasar pagi or aeon value to buy
In terms of the shopping mall:
- Restaurants are not so crowded because too many food options around but the lucky mala restaurant is very crowded nowdays, probably after some youtuber promoting it on youtube
- AEON value always got people, senior citizens living nearby like to flock to this place to buy groceries
- Always have events happening, not really dead; like CNY like the choi san ya and recently even have free zumba class
Real downside of this condo, mainly affected by the morning / night market:
- Very busy roads, especially in the morning -> You can hear cars honking / car alarms if you stay at a lower floor so it tends to be noisy
- People like to double park / triple park near the market so the road is very congested in the morning
- Night market causing cockroaches at the condo / foul smell in the sewage

and yea the morning hon is annoying. the more annoying is the loud apek exhaust motor going around midnight.
