Hi,
Have anyone here got a SMS from maxis told that will receive phone by (a date)? "Maxis: iPhone 6: Good news! This is an update of your iPhone 6 / 6 Plus order. Delivery is in progress and expected to reach you by 15th November. If you have further enquiry, feel free to call us at 1800-822-888.TQ for your patience and support." Is this a trustable source? I'm already disappointed with maxis at this time..... |

Anyone here holding a order number which is not start with "mos"? My number is ddf151xx which was called by a sales agent... Can I check this number with BS? |

My new plan run on the day maxis charge on my credit card... I'm a downgrader from iv2 to iv1, bill date is 17th,
They change my plan on the spot... |

Haven't get ur phone Ah? Aiya... Let me check.... O, they try to send @ 11/11/14 but DUNNO Y cannot call u.... Never mind, maxis give u a RM100 discount n feel sorry on this. Then, 123 gave me a consignment number to track with gdex n they said can trace it on the webpage..... I'll try later..... Maxis really a good story teller..... |

Don't keep your hopes too high and I am definitely writing into maxis after being a loyal customer for 15 years. But she said she need to loo into the stocks first.... She asked me to wait for her call or come back later...... She's name is Angel.... Once again dunno can trust or not.... |

Called maxis again........
They just can't arrange for self collection.... Wonder how u guys did it.... The CS told me in the system shows I can get my device today.... I just keep asking how if I din receive by today etc..... Hope to get the call from bs office la.... If not think will go again this evening....... |
