Maxis did a biggest mistake is not first come first serve

then they should not mention "First come First Server" and again, is too hard to accept as a customer, some able to get the exact model earlier than others. The different is like 3-5 days, not like 1-2 days.

bro.. at least you try 20 times, for MOS just try 1 time then return my call said cannot contact BS. As a customer i can't accept this reason, the procedure is
Customer -> Maxis
Maxis ->BS/Gdex

Please don't tell me even Maxis itself does not have direct number can access to BS/Gdex and i can't see what the reason as a customer need to call BS/Gdex not Maxis do the calling and update us.

off course it won't, since you need to active the plan via phone. Even they did it, you always can argue with them and complain the plan start running before you receive the actual phone

Finally get return from MOS, she mention able to deliver the phone for me by tomorrow instead of thursday but too bad i leaving MY tomorrow morning. Advise her send to me next week.

What i can say Maxis did not do what he suppose to do.

1) Call to MOS 3 times, for the first and second times ask the agent return my call whether can deliver the phone for me before monday. No return call at all until the 3rd Agent only return call

2) 3rd Agent return call can send the phone for me Tuesday morning, i told her no point my flight is early morning. Then inform send the phone to me in next monday.

today got one 012 number keep calling, at first refuse to answer the call but he keep calling, thought urgent call, after answer the call only know is the delivery guy, wasted my money answer the roaming call and i have infrom him again to deliver the phone to next Monday

3) now is the question, do you think i really can receive the phone by monday.

im waiting my i6+ SG deliver for me today, suppose i receive on last tuesday but last week on in oversea. Hopefully they really can deliver to me by today
