I request for an address change, they didnt update on the Maxis Online Store page but they sent a tect message saying it's done, so im sure they havent bothered updating the page.

when i called 123 yesterday, they said anyone whom purchased between 31st to the 3rd will receive the units by Thursday, slowly waiting.

Waiting here too, my case has arrived..sigh

I have gotten my phone, gdex delivered to my old address and my mum managed to convince th guy to receive it on my behalf. thank you @sweetpuff

this is damn stupid...

7th November: Called Brighstar was told my iphone was not in stock, told me the record on their database listed me ordering for the iPhone 6, 64GB Silver, I ordered 128GB Space Grey 6+.

7th November: Called 123, spoke to the CS whom assured me that the order is 128Gb Space Grey 6+ and there was a misscomm as brighstar has no authority to check my order.

12th November: Called Brighstar which confirmed the order will be dispatched same day, and confirmed that it'll be 128GB Space Grey 6+, passed me the Gdex tracking number.

12th November: Found out from Gdex, that maxis forgot to change my address and they sent to my parents place instead of office.

15th November: Came back home to find the wrong phone, wrong capacity, wrong colour.

got my phone last night, delivered by a maxis staff
