now this is weird. when i made the first order on 31st oct, the page went error at the payment page. maxis claimed they did not receive the transaction although my bank confirmed the transaction went thru (although the security tac was not requested).
I couldn't wait any longer for maxis to revert within 5 working days. i tried 2nd attempt on the 2nd nov. it went thru successfully with the purchase order sms and email obtained. I notify maxis and they say will cancel the first order if they really receive the money.
Only the 2nd attempt order appear in my maxis store order list since then. When i'm happily seeing the order is currently at the pickpack stage this morning, SUDDENLY tonight it pop out another MOS ID and stated ordered on 31st oct !!! so now i got 2 MOS ID with the same mobile number? worst still it stated shipped on 6th nov (which is a past date).

Gdex is much faster. BS is delaying everything!! They are not any courier service company. I don und why they wanted to take up this task.
My order at pickpack since Saturday!! I call up BS everyday n still today they told me won't be today. It will be within this week. The phone is at their warehouse now, just nobody to send out. I can't accept this reason!!

I think if they send everything to gdex now tml everyone will be getting their phone.

Not at all. Mine pick pack since Saturday. Shipment stated 11.11 but till now no calls. BS confirm not today. Only hope is tml n Friday. Stock in warehouse no delivery boy.

If ur order status is already at pick pack. Don't wait just call up brightstar. Most probably at their warehouse already. Once confirmed just go to their office for self collect. My Fren did that too.
