Just spoke to CS, was informed my order is pending delivery from warehouse (a.k.a. BrightStar); asked for BS contact and CS informed me that BS won't entertain.

Also was told, any order on or before Nov 3rd will be delivered within 7 days from Nov 6th or latest today; and orders after Nov 3rd can expected 7 to 14 days waiting period.

Ordered mine with Maxis on Nov 3rd.

It's funny how maxis offered midnight express for delivery of 200 hand delivered by maxis staff by stroke of Midnight on Nov 6 and the rest of us 20,000 buyers have to wait 7 to 14 days if you are lucky enough.

Each day you ring CS, their SOP response you shall receive it today or by tomorrow latest; apologise for the delay. Then come Saturday, they tell you wait for Monday.

Finally at BS office now after waiting for 15 days since ordering on 2nd.

Maxis CS called me on Saturday informing that I can collect from BS on Monday; then another call on Sunday from another CS asking if I received my phone yet otherwise it will be delivered on Monday. Then I told the 2nd person I have arranged to collect directly at BS.

2nd person went on to confirm my unit is confirmed self collect.

Keeping fingers crossed as I am the only one here now.

Thanks bro. Been waiting over 15mins and they still looking for my order. Already expected the worst which is can't find after reading all the post in here.

Mine is 141xxxx ordered online on 2nd.

But I keep f**king them cause they promised within 7 days from Nov 6th and also because DiGi delivered within 4 days when I ordered on 3rd.

Been here in BS almost an hour waiting for them to locate my unit; apparently they claimed it has been packed for courier delivery and now they have to unbox which I find it hard to believe as they have been informed since Fri/Sat for self-collection.

This really sucks big time.

Overheard the guy(s) handling iPhone isn't around; hence 5th floor is supposedly the HTC customer service personnel. So don't be too hard on them.

Just rang CS again directly to escalate this time wasting cause the boys in front is just saying guys behind unpacking which I think it's real BS as my order was confirmed on Friday for self pickup today.

Should have kept my DiGi's space grey unit.

You really wanna know what happened to BS units? Probably should ask directd in SS15, Subang where their units coming from; the stickers on the iPhone sold there clearly shows "Apple Care Malaysia".

AFAIK during launch; only telco and Apple stores have stock but this time it's different since BS became distributor.

Then where directd got their stock from? Selling at retail without markup.

If Apple stores gets from Singapore, it will still have Apple Care Malaysia sticker.

I'm sure Apple licensed retailer like machines or epic wouldn't mind additional units in stocks wouldn't they? But they have limited but another mobile shop has stocks.

I am the guy who waited for 2 hours and the wait was due to incompetent staff.

They guy in yellow who took my IC & MOS 1st asked me for my info again after waiting for 1hr 45mins; less than 10mins after that Ms. Angel came out with my phone. It seems she didn't receive the request to locate my order the first time. The guy in yellow passed or lost my info provided first time; I knew he was busy with some personal stuff and kept claiming he handles HTC.

Word of advice, please directly look for Ms. Angel.

The whole ordeal of ordering my iPhone 6 through maxis has been a nightmare since Oct 31st till today Nov 17th at Brightstar.

Don't keep your hopes too high and I am definitely writing into maxis after being a loyal customer for 15 years.

Yes I was informed by maxis CS to collect from BS directly on Friday evening after barking up their wall whole of last week through live chat, fb AskMaxis & careline.

Level 5 - Wisma Kemajuan
Exit lift you will see a small Brightstar direction point to the right that lead onto a fire exit door. Pass that door, Brightstar (HTC service centre) is to your left.

This whole purchase of iPhone 6 from maxis online till collection has been a nightmare even when self collecting.

Wisma Kemajuan is surrounded around Forum 19 food court, vitagen factory, vkool hq, UMW toyota Sek 19, otomotif college.
