So disappointed with Maxis. Received a dead iPhone 6 Plus, just after a day. It won't accept any charging.
Usually if u managed to turn it on during arrival, its not dead upon arrival. But this case usually not becausE of the phone is dead, its only the battery. U need to charge it overnight. If it cant settle, bring it to maxis centre to send for warranty. If u cant wait for it, go to any iphone specialist, open it up, remove the battery, and try to boot it without the battery. Once it on, reinset the battery and let it charge for 10 mins.
lol i remember there are few ppl here that bought iphones for their supplementary line right? i just called maxis and they keep say cannot buy 2 phones all this shiet
U cant have ivalue plan on a supplementary lines. Only principle allowed. Like me previously i got 2 principle line. One is ivalue 50 and the others is ivalue 1.
Apple wont know. Theres no stickers or seal that can suggest u open a device. But they got 2 stickers for water detector tho. This stickers will turn red when water touch it. Some managed to replace the stickers with others and send it for warranty.
I dont suggest you do that. If its not powering on means there is some problem with it and needs to be sent back to Apple. Rather than risk voiding the warranty by opening it up by some unauthorized parties which has no knowledge of opening and Iphone 6/6+.
Yes. Only if u are patient. If u cant wait, u can go to any iphone repair specialist. Open it wont void the warranty. They wont know it.
Same thing happen to me. They removed my Order in MOS right after I told them I need to cancel because I havent received my phone yet. Mind you and it was just right after I put down the phone with them.
