Yes, you need to call 123 and let the CS activate it for you before use.

Did you guys get the nano sim as a separate package or come together with the same delivery with the phone itself?

Means the system is not up to date? Requires manual update? This could be due to the huge surge in order & delivery commitments.

I saw some receiving calls prior to the delivery, and some doesn't. Quite confusing.  rclxub.gif  rclxub.gif

Updating has always been manually. Someone still has to pick up barcode scanner to read barcode right? wink.gif

That's great news! We can strike one more off the pending list.

Was there any cases you observed on your end where wrong model was delivered?

Hang in there. Deliveries are happening. So far, I didn't hear of any wrong phone models being delivered. Let me know if you were not contacted by tomorrow morning 10am.

Lots of ongoing deliveries today, from what hear. Wish I can tell you more than that, but I've no direct connections with the delivery processes.

Looks like I am the only one with this wrong model shipment (and wrong model logged during ordering process over phone).
Sigh, time to give another call to CS to push for a resolution. doh.gif

after 3 days of battle with the stupid brighstar, i got my phone today.
they lost my phone inside the warehouse where it accidentaly mix up with puchong address while mine is kl.
4 days to find the phone is still not acceptable.
this is the worst experience that i ever had when buying iphone since the 3gs
*
Er, how they term that phone is yours when you haven't actually receive one?
They could always get another in the pool of their stocks while tracing the unit they send before (same FIFO rules applies).
I feel this is something that they should manage internally. hmm.gif

they already assigned a unit with ur MOS no.
all order between 31st to 1st that maxis passed to them is already have a unit.
then they kept in the warehouse waiting to delivery. that is what we see order 'pickpack'.
when they misplaced my phone they have to find it becoz if they assigned a new phone to my MOS no it'll took a while waiting for stock.
most probably not gonna get it this week becoz now no stock for 64gb sg.

and yeah, poor management by brightstar... not a recommended company to deal with in the future
*
Well I meant, which unit they assigned, should not be our concern.
What is meaningful to us is we do receive a unit, whichever it is.

They should handle this internally, with that process transparent to us as customer.

guys, maxis takes how long to activated your sim?
*
Went to one of the Maxis outlet, the activation is almost instantaneous. On the spot upon confirming my identity and fill up a form (within like 5 mins), my new SIM is already working.
So the limit is not on the system but their work force resource to accommodate the activation request.

Hi,

Anyone here holding a order number which is not start with "mos"?

My number is ddf151xx which was called by a sales agent...

Can I check this number with BS?
*
Yes that is the correct order number if you order through callback from Maxis.
However, do check that you are charged for the correct amount and the correct model as I got the wrong thing from them.
