Some photos taken at this construction site yesterday. Progressing very quickly. Still wondering why the developer mixing the white & red bricks.

Frm the pic, white brick (sand brick) is used for mostly of the walls, red brick (clay brick) is used for the wall between ur house and neighbor house.
Mixture of bricks used is normal for some developer.
Red brick can handle more physical stress or can say more tahan, good for sound proofing, heat resistance.

The land size, built-up and starting price info is on the 1st post in this topic.

Do note however that all of the lower priced houses have already been sold, and the developer has done one round of price increase.

The price of the currently available Type A & B units are approximately 5%-6% higher now but still good value at just below RM330psf

No changes to masterplan.

Phase 2 & 3 is condo, Phase 4 is another 22 superlink.

will be developed in that order

The house is fully extended to the boundary which is good because as a strata development, owners couldn't make any modification on the exterior which will alter the facade significantly.

The backlane looks more like 5ft rather than 10ft. doh.gif

although developer is considerate enough to do full extend for purchaser, but 5/10ft backland seem to be a concern but maybe not too for somebody else, as for the normal practice residents just remain in their shelter without going out after park their car in car porch.
one may ask, lorong so big for what smile.gif

however to me this is more like trying to maximize profit, but as long as the residents have no problem with it and enjoy staying here, then all are fine. as long as security has no issue, which is the most crucial thinggy when you seek for a nest.

10ft i think is normal min backlane setback width (between the parcel) as per local council requirement
Obviously some development such as Eco Majestic in their latest phase they provided 20ft width setback and beautify it.

Lol, that's the Infamous Symphony Park
Abandoned low cost housing project for years now revived. Not mistaken back in 2011 when project launched 1 unit cost RM 120K. Then stalled for many years, now seemed like rebooted.

Idea was good to cater for low to middle income population in cyberjaya back in those days, now with that area being prime land, could have developed into some other projects. Correct if i'm wrong.
