I tried, but without success due to the language barrier. However, I requested a partial refund of $1 through Aliexpress and it went through with no issues. That was in relation to my Lepin Café Corner because it was missing a 4 x 10 plate which I need to complete the roof (it included a 4 x 12 plate instead, which means part of the roof has an odd overhang). I didn't bother asking for a partial refund for the missing pieces for my Lepin Green Grocer as they were relatively minor and the GG cost less than the CC anyway.

nice collection of modulars you have there...but pity can't use the mahjong table anymore...haha
i assume you guys buy from local resellers ? hence can get better support on bricks replacement...if you buy directly from china sellers then it will be a bit difficult as you need to fork out your own money for the shipping......

Maybe you can recommend a seller from Aliexpress who gives a refund or resend the missing parts and who not.
I prefer for example the Seller "Dollhousebuilder". I didn't have any missing Parts in my Cafe Corner, but the Seller has a great Service and communication.

Does the Lepin modulars have those pins and holes at the side of the buildings to connect to other modulars, similiar to the Lego ones?
