those are probably the first batches which was released from taobao..
2 of my friends had theirsdirectly from a toy shop in China and theirs are complete..
no missing parts at all..

Same goes to my Kylo Shuttle, FO Transport and Snowspeeder.. no missing parts at all..

Probably these are the earlier batches which was rushed in packaging..

had a surprise today. Somehow my taobao agent (whole dispute my story all the way from before CNY until Chap Goh Meh) send me a replacement bag of parts for the missing parts in my MF. He didn't believe me when I said missing one whole plastic bag and duplicated another bag of redundant part.

Anyway since then I already Bricklinked those parts for RM90, believe it or not.

If they can't properly supply and manufacture the 05007 and 05004 which is less complicated than the modular or ultimate sets i don't see how lepin cannot be considered vaporware.

Managed to get a Lepin Poe's X-wing after my hunt for the original one failed. Anyway, on this set itself, cockpit cover issue where you cannot shut it tight (though you can try to sand-paper the edges of the cover abit to make it close fully). One missing small part which is easily replaceable from extras that I have and as usual, shooters aren't working.

Minifigures are a no, but the overall ship is quite good in build and quality. I'd rate it 9/10 for the ship alone. And oh, certainly easier to build than the Kylo Ren shuttle, that was a tough job due to the colors of the parts and the printing of the guide.

My weekend! Excellent build. Everything went into place. No loose bits. I cant compare with the original but for a copy kit, well worth the RM350!![attachmentid=7377192][attachmentid=7377196][attachmentid=7377204][attachmentid=7377210]

Hi, you mentioned there was no loose bits, does that mean all the friction (blue and black) pins actually had friction when inserted?

From my only experience with Lepin which was the Millennium falcon, their technic parts like lift arms and beams do not necessarily have the correct hole sizes vs the pins.

Some friction pins can still rotate.

i'm so tempted to get this one.
