Hi guys,

Bought a disney castle set 16008 from brickmy recently unfortunately there were about 2 - 3 bags of missing pieces. Anyone knows where to buy missing pieces? I've tried to contact brickmy regarding the missing pieces but its been 3 days without any reply from them. I've tried to reach them via whatsapp, email, facebook and even their contact form on their website. Seems like their missing pieces policy stated on their website is bullshit.

I'm afraid to buy online these things. Don't know how to claim back those missing bags.

Do you know any physical stores I can get replacement bricks? I tried 2 sets from brickmy.

first was the bat tumbler with my friend which was ok then I ordered the disney castle which had 2-3 bags of missing parts. I thought they would keep their promises / guarantee since its mentioned on their website. I was so wrong. They saw my message on all platform but chose to ignore only reply new product inquiry messages. Bunch of scamming assholes. Tried calling them too. Just fed up with them already.

Basically for anyone considering buying from brickmy don't bother and try others or buy from physical stores.

Sorry, but I did not know any physical shops which sell such a big set; moreover, only few bags. Normally my collections consist of small sets only. Which can get in some stalls inside Aeon.

What brand you bought? Did you know the missing number?

You may try Brick Sanctuary at Sunway Geo. I bought a few lego bricks from them for my Lepin 05037.
You may check what lego missing brick you need from here: https://brickset.com/ and ask them if they have stock.

The transparent brink clarity looks the same as Lego set. Only matter is, the blue brick representing the ocean , it is only 256pcs( if not mistaken) which
is very little. Plan to buy more to fill up at least quarter of the bottle.

How's the quality so far compare of those large sets? I am afraid to spend so much money on this. Will it fit nicely among each other?
