opening new mall right now is not so feasible since many people are not really keen on opening new stores except for F&B.

Really huge! If not as big as MV also is almost as big as Gardens.

Sounds like a huge building. But what a let down, another mall. As if we don't have enough. Anyways, it does made me feels like wanting to live near there. Look at all the tenants.

I pass the mall few time.. farking big man.. bigger than mid valley.. I think they aiming for the biggest in Malaysia d..

Putrajaya and area south of Klang Valley do not have a lot of malls....

If you use the SILK highway at 4-5pm ..the jam is comparable to Federal Highway!

Right now Putrajaya/Kajang/Cyberjaya/Puchong/Seri Kembangan is new growth area and there is no big malls catering this area.

Alamanda and Mines Shopping mall is packed nowadays.

Just look at the size of the tenant and you know how big the market in this area

Yep it is the same or actually more bigger than Midvalley.

when I passed by that day, they are putting up neon signs for Parkson oni... only manage to put the KSON.

in terms of accessibility, yeah... i can say its pretty convenient.
