Found it. Idea Fan for y510p y500 G500 ?y410p ?y400 ?y480 ?y580?
Highlight this^ and right-click. select search google '......'. It's the first link. I'd hotlink directly to the file but 'm not sure if the owner will let me. Credits to Andrius allstone Stasauskas.
it doesn't exactly control the speed but more like trigger the dust cleaning mode when it reached a certain temperature. [default value is 90'c]
