Maxis IPhone 5 experiencing very slow network on maxis

I have been using maxis Internet all the time and was pretty fast, however recently I noticed my speed have been reduced drastically despite I am still within the quota. I informed maxis and they had performed a check, they told me their site is fine and is my site problem and I had also performed network reset on my iPhone yet the problem persist. maxis currently upgrading their service. If not mistaken my fren who work in their team said need 3 months to go
