I feel that this is one of their tactic to make the buyer confident of their property.  I don't think many buy will take their price.  890K for intermediate and 1.3m for corner.

Definitely the Market for property is softer now.  If you buy for own stay (for more than 5 years times), you are definitely in the 'gain' sides.  But for fast money, no guarantee.

As you can see, the whole project of RIMBAYU will take 10-15 years for fully develop, if developer can't make the first few phase appreciate..... I will consider the whole project failed.  They won't make 'big' money out of the project......  How the CEO going to report to the shareholder.  How they are sustain their profit margin of 20%......

Once i went camping using 4 x 4 wheels drive.
