Just came back from the Arc. The Rimbayu main roundabout is slowly taking shape. It is located just before the last guard hse to the arc. Cant wait for chimes to get vp, then can go look see look see. I m perennia owner.

Just to share. Wisteria launching tomorrow is for Type B and C (both 23 x 80). Type A (23 x 75)will launch later. Price starts at rm810k. 2% rebate will be given immediately and if you can complete and sign spa by mid march, another 2% rebate will be given. SA said tomorrow will have 100 plus units open for booking.
If you want further rebate, please message me. We share the rm3k rebate with me (existing owner) as introducer. You 60%, i take 40%  Attached thumbnail(s)

The rm810k is before rebate i think. The picture i posted is type A. There is another type whr the living room is at the front. I also feel weird for the living room to be all the way at the back

Just visited perennia show unit. The sunroof really let in a lot of light for the intermediate units. But the plastic tiles roof look cheap. Maybe i will change it to tempered glass for all the tiles thr to let in more light.
The indoor courtyard is a headache. Not sure wht to do with it or cover it up to have bigger space. Any creative ideas anyone? I also find the garbage bin storage area at the front gate have quite an awkward design. Not so easy accessible by garbage man. I think i will redesign that area. And guess wht i saw just after passing the rimbayu roundabout.... A small wild boar! Crossing the road from ES land towards the river. So cute but meaning their home will be destroyed soon 😞 |
