i hv noticed selling price for chimes is intermediate 1mil and corner 1,3mil... but is there any buyer coming with such price or its just some prop agent that self valuating it?

haha.. what i actually want to express is.. there are people out there that willing to pay more that its value as long as they are happy and affordable for them  vice versa, there are people that will sell the property at price lower than market value due to logistic reason..
