I just visited rimbayu sales office and not much information about phase 5 strata. The land size is 23*75 and 23*80, price closed to 900k, maintenance fee not firm up yet. launching date unknown, only told first Q this year.

May I know normally how long the bank will disbursement the money to IJM? How I know the due date? Refer to S & P signed date?
Checked with the lawyer, they are currently still pending consent to charge to advise. Is this normal? Will get penalty from developer?

Yeah..660k doesn't make too much sense to me... They bought at 550k lowest.. Gross profit 110k.. Minus 33k rpgt, minus disbursement  some 20k.... Then to  sell go through the entire process of lawyer fees bla bla plus interest during construction... So net profit is like left 10-20k...
