You mean your house is the last row facing the main road (ouside Rimbayu)? I thk the effected ones are those on the right side of Z6 (rimbayu main road), not back side lor. but still from your house on the your right, the view will be a wall of road ground. sad.gif we are in the same boat.

How we know when the due date? Need to ask IJM and Lawyer about what? 1st time buy house, don't know everything..Blur..

Hi all Sifu here,

May I know normally how long the bank will disbursement the money to IJM? How I know the due date? Refer to S & P signed date?
Checked with the lawyer, they are currently still pending consent to charge to advise. Is this normal? Will get penalty from developer?

so many question here. smile.gif 1st time bought house, so don't know anything.

In my case, the lawyer submit the claim document to bank only 1 week before the due date, and dare to tell me they already submitted earlier. Lucky bank side no issue to release money.  sweat.gif

Now think think last min probably good oso, skip for daily interest from bank loan..haha

Same case for me. Bank just release to IJM due to consent issue. not sure I will have late charge or not in future.
