Hey guys, can check with you all, actually how does Rimbayu guarded environment work?
I've check with the sales and they told me it will only be guarded with 1 entrance/exit for phase 1 to phase 4. So does it mean that each precincts is standalone and only 1 entrance and exit? Is it something like bukit raja by sime darby? |

Just found out that scarlet roofing is using metal decking....isnt it weird for residential to be using such material? would it make a lot of noise during rain and hot during day time?
