A premium landed with good status and must be with comfortable min size of 22x70 or else quite small. 20x70 is only acceptable level.

18x65 is those small small house and rated as affordable homes or without any premium tag into it.

Boss, that was in Setia Impian, and previously sold as affordable homes to create the population in a very new area more than 7-8 years back, believe it was less than RM 200k or plus minus. I think now subsale ard RM 500k.

But how come Setia Alam 18x65 comes into the fray? Not related to TA or ES / BR rite which is higher end.

EW really has had a lot of talks and events. They are quite customer oriented based developer.

A lot buyers happy with ths publicity. But there are also buyers claimed these events were unnecessary bcz too big n too good and or they have no time to attend, thus more cost incurred n claim this is part of their money they paid for the house.

Btw, I think IJM doing well for their events too.

And I am agree ing that all these should not be comparable tighly. Same goes to some devs charged the buyers for same amount of the house price but never do any activity, also got ppl complaint why earn so much but not willing to spend a bit for makan makan, if unable to spend like EW.

If ESanc is kena, EcoSky already kena taruh long long time ago. Kekkekke.

TA not sure, they have projects everywhere and seems only TH is slightly kena. But it was all started via SEH, but not other SPS projects too.

Maybe after Gamuda announced their masterplan soon, perhaps.

First, some owners must find initiative to volunteer themselves to be part of the community to set up RA.

Then only voting, planning and do the rest.

If all owners give up easily, then the community would be dis-harmony and selfish to each other.

RA is a must to set up a good and great community.

If not mistaken, no more.

Btw, the new development by Gamuda for the new plot of Canal City land also not so soon, earliest also end of 2015 and if not, should be 2016. Not sure if the source is going to be accurate.
