Yes Eco Majestic is awesome. IJM also will very beautiful, but will not so elegant. Haha. IJM still need gamba teh. So Eco Sanctuary I confirm super nice as Eco Majestic. Just you need pay more for it.

No worries for flood problem at all. This whole project canal city is main purpose for improve the issue and required to be built for flood mitigation, linking Sungai Klang and Sungai Langat.

Hahahaha. I also wish IJM can make hills also. I think Eco Sanctuary will make small hill as per their style. Because looks premium. Because too flat the township not so nice.

Bro, no la.. Hahahaha. Now kemuning utama 22*70 also got ready buyer for 880k.
Even KK canal garden double storey also 910k already.
This price for next year, is for middle income of people buy only. So if can afford, still recommend grab now.

Yes, means the figure not the issue. is the concept element.
Some people willing pay this price for GnG, some willing pay this price for Rimbayu concept.
For my 2 cents, your Rimbayu price will appreciate high also after 2 years. Because some of people will see current, no Fencing or bla bla. Yes, this is right.

But once VP, will go for fencing submission, right? unless you think this will fail.
If fenced up, after 2 years potential buyer come visit this township, they will feel worth to buy because SAFETY + COncept (when that time they not really see is Fenced or Gated, but it's safe).

Because Kemuning Utama also same case, even begining launching GnG also no buyer, until the production out. those people only can feel the SAFE and all queue up buy for last 2 phase.

Even KK Lakedge also not really full GnG, also half fencing. but price also superb.
