Tropicana Aman vs IJM Phase 5 vs Eco Sanctuary. All i believe almost Jan 2015.
When completed, we got 3 lake/garden to walk around.. Hahahaha. 3 also nice one.

Actually based on the photo, you can know the best marketing is Eco World, 2nd is Tropicana. IJM need improve on marketing actually, too traditional. Hahaha.

it's ok for me... i dont buy with their panoramic photo...
until they come out with master plan & individual unit layout... then we know which one is better...
we're in the same area...only individual layout will differentiate us...

Individual still got market no worries. Bcoz TA and ES wanna catch 5 to 6 stars income people. So the township will high end. But rimbayu is catch 4 - 5 stars income group. So sooner your individual title also got value. Just strata title having different group of people aiming. If you are 5 stars people also can buy smile.gif
