Just came back from the Arc. The Rimbayu main roundabout is slowly taking shape. It is located just before the last guard hse to the arc. Cant wait for chimes to get vp, then can go look see look see. I m perennia owner.

hi Sifu, any updates for the level issue for phase 2 zone 6?? I am planning to get a unit but found the forumer has commented the leveling issue before. Is it solved?

I saw posting in fb, below is comment from one of buyer.

Great, but the 1.3f ~500mm will it caused flooding in future?? i thought the area is phase 5? is the road slightly high instead the whole area ar?

No worries for flood problem at all. This whole project canal city is main purpose for improve the issue and required to be built for flood mitigation, linking Sungai Klang and Sungai Langat.

by flood mitigation means we will have small dam?

I don't think flood problem will happen in new township kua??

oo still can buy phase 2 ? i though all non bumi sold already

Thanks for the input. So the conclusion the road will higher ~400mm over the phase 2 zone 6. Hmm... headache+ing... not sure how it feel in future....

that one will be next year already... when construction work reach 75 % i think

Phase 2 I think ok one. Phase 4 and phase 3 not consider?

i personally think the whole area as long as no flood, ppl won't mind so much about the height, whether slightly higher or lower..

unless in there is too much difference,

or if in the same row, one side high, one side low.. then it's very obvious.. ppl might buy higher side

just back from the Arc, saw phase 3 progress from far... so fast !!

SA said phase 4 has higher bumi quota now.... about 70%, so there r more units to choose now..

phase 3B also just release.. so now can buy phase 3a & 3b... bout 70% non-bumi quota also i think
