is this about late delivery penalty? I asked SA/lawyer last time when sign the S&P and they said for those late buyers the delivery will be 2 years from S&P sign date. So even if they deliver the keys to us in April we won't get to claim the late delivery penalty but not sure if this is correct.

I think only genuine own stay buyer apply and buy the remote rumah selangorku at rimbayu.

Got a letter to collect a key for The Chimes. Just checking , I also got an invoice to settle a "Total Late Payment Charge Outstanding" as per attachment. Shouldnt this bear by financier(the bank) ?  I can understand the charge for Maintenance of Services etc.

Looks like this settlement is a showstopper before handing over the keys.

Can someone shed some light? Thanks
