Just for Update:
Wisteria will increase RM20k in mid of June.
Scarlet will increase RM10k in July.

How IJM determine Wisteria increase 20k, Scarlet 10k?
Wisteria more overhead cost? Or Wisteria more demand?

I heard Wisteria higher price than TA, and TA property respond so good, IJM not afraid losing business ga?

Secondly, someone said IJM will complete the bare show unit for periwinkle and scarlet on June.
How truth it is?

If not mistaken. Scarlet bare unit will be on July. Periwinkle only got show house no bare unit see.

i hv noticed selling price for chimes is intermediate 1mil and corner 1,3mil...
but is there any buyer coming with such price or its just some prop agent that self valuating it?

Now still fetch less than 700k. but year end chimes should be fenced an launch service apartment with 500k++. That time chimes should can fetch 750k onwards.

Yes.... If they launch the new phase at 700K for 20x70, it is logic Chimes will fetch at least 750K even without fencing & guard.

Haha. Yes, year end they launch around this price for this size, but BU a bit low. 1700sq. So this will push Chimes more valuable.
So if you fast fast gao dim the fencing, then 800k at least. Hahaha blush.gif

You can't use the price different during developer launching as the benchmark for future price. For me, it will be more or less the same. The most 30~50K extra.

Price will jack up a lot unless IJM sells similar project in Rimbayu at a much higher price.

Completed vs under con. Completed should b higher as there's no risk involved. What you see is what you get. Some more you can save in d interest during construction.
