i didn't heard gamuda got land in Canal City as well...

but for comparison on map... previous Canal City plan vs. Rimbayu/TA/ES... the leftover land in between big lake quarry and Rimbayu not included in any developers...
the original plan Canal City area starting from border Sg Kelang (just below PH/Kg Bkt Lanchong) thru Kg Lombong...

it is a long way to go... KK-PH bridging vs. KK flyover (canceled)...
as I shared the map before...
no 1 location seem easiest for MBSA to realise on... while if everybody wanted direct connection to PH (2 or 3)... need help from Home Tree project to boost the process...and settling land acquisition process in Kg Bkt Lanchong...
5 years from now? may be?

Nope...but i think atleast 4 phases...and the current and first one is Long Branch...

Updates:
Home Tree got 5 phases... Phase 1 sold out..currently Phase 2..actually just extention of Phase 1..same design...about 8 design...
The whole project completed by 2020...
The connecting bridge is not inside Home Tree territory... further up at reserve land...

how to make it bigger or higher? that roundabout not just for rimbayu... later on will be entrance for TA & ES as well... u can see IJM only constructed the road at one side only at this moment... or u referring chimes entrance? for me it's naturally perfected...

if we highlight to IJM...are they willing to change? 526 unit for chimes...

currently i'm questioning them about street at the end of corner lot... some tarmac finishing and some brick finishing...but location & situation is the same... beside green area...

from what i can see... 22x75 area slightly lower ground level compare to 24x75 area... from my naked eye laaa...
but obviuosly front row 22x75 is lower than the road...

not much worry... selat melaka consider closed sea... and no active earth movement in sumatera that facing peninsular msia...
the problem is bathymetry level and water table level relatively to surrounding area...

no... that not the way to interpret it...
u can play around with the number (elevation height)... different location different height...and only applicable at that location only...
for Rimbayu, generally is 13m above current sea level... sea level = ground water table...

yup blue is <13m... indicate area Rimbayu is generally 13m above MSL... if u put other town, it will calculate height for that particular area...

u can test for kajang... there is valley in the middle of kajang... when heavy rain and the river flow is slow, the ground water table increase in that area...that is why accumulate water and flooded...

technically not really...

both cut and filled need time to have stability back... when the original land/hill flatten, it less load and make it tendency to uplift... while for filled land, it has tendency to deposit or mendap...
so proper earth work and soil investigation perhaps have been taken seriously earlier before...
