As a purchaser, not happy to see the fencing they use for Chimes (corner/end lot). Also sand bricks for first phase.
what would change this sorta unhappiness? more trees. and future developments of the commercial area (10 years time) |

Phase 1: left 4 r 5 units, last time i checked.
Phase 2: many corner units available still Phase 3: lg byk lg Phase 4: ada lagi 50% i think Phase 5: 30% taken up as reported. unsure about which phase only bumi lot available. |

Nowadays, buyers do the advertising for developer. Coz scared if their vested interest tak boom. They say got MRT lah, clubhouse lah, celebrity living there lah (speaking in general)
I on the other hand, would just like to speak the truth based on credible source but hoping this place will mature into a green, futuristic township. |

People are waiting for Tropicana Aman price. Some say 800k. So they wait since rimbayu is 880k.
IJM should sell the commercial land parcel to an anchor. then announce who is this anchor. bold strategy though but Kota Kemuning people still looking for that mall. |

Floor work for car porch is "Finished concrete"
And good work Jasoncat for explaining density. Also, couldnt find about fence in the specs brochure. |

MDKL is in Banting.
Just came back from perennia show units. stranger design with the courtyard. katil facing toilet. built quality less than chimes except for the porch flooring. about 10 cars in two sessions. not bad but dunno if anyone put in their cheque. also overheard two guys talking to each other saying the word "malai" (referring to Malays). dunno what the sentiment here. surely rimbayu is not malay area. bumi units always not finished. |
