Just visited perennia show unit. The sunroof really let in a lot of light for the intermediate units. But the plastic tiles roof look cheap. Maybe i will change it to tempered glass for all the tiles thr to let in more light.

The indoor courtyard is a headache. Not sure wht to do with it or cover it up to have bigger space. Any creative ideas anyone?

I also find the garbage bin storage area at the front gate have quite an awkward design. Not so easy accessible by garbage man. I think i will redesign that area.

And guess wht i saw just after passing the rimbayu roundabout.... A small wild boar! Crossing the road from ES land towards the river. So cute but meaning their home will be destroyed soon 😞

yup blue is <13m... indicate area Rimbayu is generally 13m above MSL... if u put other town, it will calculate height for that particular area...

u can test for kajang... there is valley in the middle of kajang... when heavy rain and the river flow is slow, the ground water table increase in that area...that is why accumulate water and flooded...

both cut and filled need time to have stability back... when the original land/hill flatten, it less load and make it tendency to uplift... while for filled land, it has tendency to deposit or mendap...
so proper earth work and soil investigation perhaps have been taken seriously earlier before...

Water leakage will damage cabinet if it locate beside it...look nice...but...later u know...

interesting, jeghui took his key already but is not able to enter freely because Rela closed the access to Chimes, and his houses does not have TNB and Syabas meter installed yet.

Am not sure bro. I think it is under owner directive maybe. But in S&P already stated water and electricity will be there when we are handed the keys. Maybe since Jeghui requested to be handed the keys earlier that they could not put in the meters on time.

This week will have another batch of 100+ ppl going to take key.  Next week 200+.  Last batch the balance.

All key will hand over within this month
