I think no worries for the road to skve, i think if not mistaken still need about 1 1/2 years to complete.
If you review other township like Setia Alam, Kemuning Utama, or Desa Park City, their appreciation jump sudden once people see the real product (Plantation, Nice Guard House, surrounding and etc)  only able to attract their interest.

Once my house completed, they come visit, feel surprising with the products. 2 relative bought phase 3 with RM360k. Then my friends still thinking even love it.
2 years later think, finally action for last 2nd phase, i think about above RM460k++. They need overnight stay in developer office. Then the last phase around RM500k, they need to before 1 day morning already sit in developer office
