Now non-bumi can "book" the Chimes balance unit. Condition need to sign the S&P and wait for them to summit for authority approval. Subject to approval only apply for bank loan. Anybody still interested to grab the last few units?
Asking price from 980K+ to 1.2M

Note: I'm not agent, just free promote for IJM so I get my neighbour faster tongue.gif

Not sure IJM will build big and tall trees at your left and right when the way we drive along to your taman? Then will be very beautiful. Haha.

Anybody aware that IJM is building a new access to phase 1 & 2 now. Can't imagine how the access road system going to be.

Chimes corner was about 1mil then. Slow market appreaciation now i think. I just hope the road to skve finished earlier rather than tree planting project.

I think no worries for the road to skve, i think if not mistaken still need about 1 1/2 years to complete.
If you review other township like Setia Alam, Kemuning Utama, or Desa Park City, their appreciation jump sudden once people see the real product (Plantation, Nice Guard House, surrounding and etc) only able to attract their interest.

Once my house completed, they come visit, feel surprising with the products. 2 relative bought phase 3 with RM360k. Then my friends still thinking even love it.
2 years later think, finally action for last 2nd phase, i think about above RM460k++. They need overnight stay in developer office. Then the last phase around RM500k, they need to before 1 day morning already sit in developer office blink.gif

Ya, I agreed that if u love it just BBB, no need wait for price drop, bcos we don't kno when it will happen.....years 2014 is a hard years to make decision to buy, buy I decide to buy even feel is risky 2014/15 blush.gif blush.gif
