Honestly, very hard to decide. Every individual has different perceptions.

I believe Wisteria is potential due to bigger township hence more things yet to come and neighbouring ESanc, Tropicana Aman and most of all, next to matured KOta Kemuning.

If to mention location, I still believe Alam Impian is holding key over Bdr Rimbayu in overall. Freehold vs Leasehold aspect.

In terms of purchase price vs value buy, I believe Pentas 5 25x85 at 3000+ sq ft for Freehold is a lot cheaper.

If to consider more into security, Wisteria would be my choice too.

Not easy to compare 100% bcz AI already few years maturing while BR entering VP of early phases only. Lol.

If from ur post and include the size & price, sure Pentas 5 wins in terms of under price and under value. Pentas 1-2 already value at RM 1-1.05m

Built up 3100 sq ft onwards lehh.

Individual title, they should give 5" max bcz already cant anything. If 7" ft and L Shape 13" ft summore is waste of land for 24x70 or 24x75.

If me, do landscape to save cost on extension.

Huh, 16.4 x 20.1 ft and excluding side garden and foyer? I mean the size directly from front gate till the wooden door / internal house wall. Should be at least 22-23 ft long for sizes of 24x70 or 24x75.

Btw, your unit is intermediate or corner?

Come out from BR sure no jam until the roundabouts at Kemuning. I think 40 min consider long enough loh.

Hmm, they marketed ESanc as one grade higher than Eco Majestic township.

EM spec already looks quite good and better than BR most phases beside the number of units per precinct is not low.

ESanc would be much bigger size than EM or even BR and much better specs, so it would be diff market.

Wahh. Total late payment charges amount to RM 9k, quite huge amount for a Chimes.

Did u change ur postal address which u unable to rcv any letter from IJM?

Get the banker and loan lawyer to check in the chronology n find out which party delay.

Aiyo. Inter havouring RM 700k, the end lots owners sure testing market or not keen to sell at all. Or else, how to be asking price RM 1m and corner RM1.3m ( although extra 30" land )

If RM 700k for inter, an end lot beside view or facing, only worth RM 820-850k max.
