What you're looking at is a fairly decent Noise-Cancelling HPs that are on-ear (for my big ears at least).
Good for library goers or commuters who needs NC.

*Note* I'm shooting my foot here, but do note that the Sound Quality is only ok when NC is on.
Those intending to use without the NC on would be facing the wrath of the Bass God, unleashing waves of bloated mid-bass and taking away treble from any music. (All bass, no treble, no pun intended).
