OK, just received SMS from Apple, ETA is 27th Nov.
Judging from previous purchase, it came two days ahead the ETA. So, this time should be 25th. I hope for next Monday, 24th though.

Charged immediately when I confirmed my purchase via online but posted to my statement only on the day it is delivered to me.

So, I wanted the 5% rebate AmEx, bought it on a Saturday.
Charged on Saturday so I got my rebate and posted on the date it was delivered to me.

So no worries about it.

You can redeem in epicentre, SenQ, Harvey Norman (if they sell iPhone) or Superbuy website.

Apple Online has plenty. I have bought one iPhone 6 64GB Silver and one iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Space Gray.
Both bought at different time and it only took 3 working days to reach me for both cases.
Why bother source one by one shop?
