Bro, may i know where to place the sirim sticker? is it for warranty card?

I do not have warranty card too

Dont worry about. Just keep it in the box. Its just a certification stating your set has passed through SIRIM inspection. laugh.gif

There is no warranty card if you purchase from Apple Store smile.gif . The warranty is based on the serial number. You can check the warranty status at https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do

Hi guys whats the process for getting a replacement after calling Apple? Do I need to ship it back or apple will arrange for pickup? Got a dead pixel on my phone screen. :S

pending pick up now, from apple chat, asked me to call the hotline, chat with 1st agent, wait 5 minute on hold before transfer to 2nd agent, on hold 3 minutes again, then give me return number, dhl to arrive 3/3/2015...

the engraved ipad air 2 was dented at the right corner surface (near headphone jack area), not at the edge,

not our mistake, its out of the box condition... decide to return it and wait for the new one...

Ah I see. For my case they asked me to request for a replacement from the Switch Service Center near my area. The apple care personnel says that switched is authorized to do the 1:1 exchange within the 1st 7 days.
