Just give apple malaysia a call, said my order will 100% be delivered before 26th Nov. If there is any defects on arrival, give apple care a call, go thru troubleshooting, and if proven defective, will initiate a high priority 1 to 1 exchange for the defective unit. Exchange will be new unit and no repair will be involved. Need to sent back to defective unit to apple malaysia, they verify and will issue a new unit.

What a good servie!!! Now waiting for DHL guys knocking my door! AHAAHHAHAHA!

another thing u should know. They WILL ship out the replacement unit even b4 u send back the defect item.
That is how efficient their support is. so minimal waiting time even if DOA.
But do remember to fill up defect claim form... the last I submitted claim, their helpdesk forgot to tell me to fill up.
Manatau the courier guy who came to my house pickup the defect, tell me "Doesn't matter, I will help you to fill up when go back my office". and that is just for a Apple leather casing that is too wrinkled for my liking.

Now that is what I call excellent service!
