Only got one version. You mean how many chapters it has?

If chapters, it's 119 and the manhwa already completed (and English translated too  rclxms.gif )

But if anyone already watch drama first I suggest don't read the manhwa, later you see a lot of differences. To put it short, drama version has its own storyline, only the first 3-4 episodes is similar to manhwa.

Oh My Ghost!
