I help a friend of mine sending a complaint letter to Fitness First using Pos Express thinking that i will get an immediate reply from them. But i was wrong. They never bother to reply because the letter already reach their office from the tracking mail services.

So I posted the complaint online in their website and after 2 days i got a reply.Weird huh?

My friend had loss 3 months of fees which cost rm 300++.And they only compesate her with 1 month free gym.

Now she said it's not fair for her and her parents is very angry about this case.

So what should i do now?Any comment?

In my mind, nothing much you can do now.But it's there any other ways? She is bugging me to help her lar...sigh..

talk to the main boss!! if not, you can complain to the malaysian something something department.

i bet your friend's parents will know which department to complain. it is not her fault. rm300++ is alot of money. and a 1month free gym period does not solve anything. she still lost money.

my advice is to talk to the main boss. tell them their employee did not inform you of the proper instructions. if they still wont co-operate, complain to the malaysian "something" department. sorry i dont know which department it is but i did hear my dad saying once. ask your parents or her parents, they should know.

its better to talk face-to-face...
i would recommend that...
dont worry if your english is bad, as long as you talk to the person nice and polite, things will work out... running in there and maving such a big fuss will only cause more trouble...

tell them that their employee trick you. she never told the proper instruction... as a fitness first employee, she should not do that.... if bring this matter up to higher people, fitness first image can be ruin...

try to negotiate...
