The forex rate will kill you slowly.... now 1 year FD is about 9.5% 

Wont touch with a 10 foot pole..

The interesting thing is that they are mainly concentrated in the 5000 BHP AHT & AHTS vessels, usually are lower margin vessels, which the charter rates are usually more stable but on shorter term. Also their vessels are 80% operating in Malaysian waters so it is subjected to cabotage which is an advantage.

Their current vessel utilization dropped from 89% to 75% hence the sharp drop in profit. They have another 8 vessels coming out in 2015-2016. If oil prices continue to drop and their vessels utilization might continue dropping to 50%-60%, hence the sharp recent selldown.

The owners are also very interesting.. thier CEO is a dentist.    Main owner is Govt owned Yayasan Equiti Nasional..? 

Might worth to pick up if it is cheap enough.. current prices is just at fair value..

Also WHO is running the ship and WHERE is their best market...and WHEN they can execute their strategy..

Many a time that i've seen is usually a breakout from downtrend/uptrend line, it doesn't really mean a reversal yet. So is best if one combine with other indicators like volume/price level/MA/MACD histogram cross over/etc.
