Can anyone help me with this? I have updated my GeForce GT 640M LE driver to the 344.48 version.

But this still has not changed at all. I only turned on the V-Sync at the advance settings in the video section.

Can anybody helped? Opened D2 after few days again and this shit happens.

im not too sure about it,but did u try reinstall ? steam got 1 function check package content also i think...
if ur line permits,try backup and then redl and see how? :/

Try to verify cache. I think thats what its called.

Alright will try out after work tonight then. hopefully it fixes everything ughh.
