Dear staff/admin

recently (yesterday) i posted a complaint against a seller in trade dispute section

to my surprise, no staff bother to reply or do something even after ive tag and pm a staff

the seller still continue selling as usual and didnt bother to come in too even being tagged

so here goes my question , is the trade dispute section only for alerting ppl bout scams ?

no action will be take against the seller ? and he can ignore everything like nothing happened ?

not trying to seek attention or rant. just curious

i also have a thread few years back on being conned and no one seem to care too. but that 1 the seller was already offline for some time . nothing be done . but this time the seller is active

1st there no legal or official celcom unlimited sims by Celcom

It done illegally also so it a risk you have to take when doing this transaction

Best example i will give u is

You buy drug from a drug dealer and the drug dealer didnt send your order, so will you report to the police?

First and foremost, did you report such threads?

Plus, did you read the Trade Zone Dispute Resolution Guidelines?

its not an illegal transaction bro. its a business postpaid plan , and so far celcom has not cap it yet

doesnt help to resolve any issue cos the seller didnt even bother to come in and no i didnt read that
