Why all these western food restaurant in usj and subang all small portion but high price?

From what I observe, not only Subang but through the Klang valley, especially true for those restaurant with air condition.
So far, I'm only happy with the hawker food at PJ new town, reasonable price with reasonable portion. |

These restaurants are actually helping customers. By offering small portions, they are forcing customers to eat less to avoid obesity. Customers should be thankful to these restaurants.
