Well, there are people prefer all in one mah...for the bancuh type, there are 2 seperate threads here discussing about the bancuh machine & the bancuh brew
QUOTE(D-Tourist @ Aug 19 2010, 01:25 AM) why go for 3-1..? i normally go for the bottle version.. and bancuh ourself... coz can always get the mix of coffee, sugar and milk just rite.. whereas 3-1 need to add sugar and milk again to get the taste rite. btw... 3-1 normally use creamer ... I think the best way is to have full cream milk |

Aik Cheong very lousy taste.
For plain kopi-O, the best for me is either Hailam Lou or Sing-Sing. Both are good. If add creamer lagi shiok |

- DeBlenz - (Thick chocolate coffee taste - Acquired taste..bcos I also not used to it at 1st haha) - Hei Hwang (Sometime good sometime bad - Quality?) - Homecafe - Checkhup - Sin Sing (Kopi O kosong) - I added creamer & equal thereafter...good - Hailam lou - Kopi O kosong (Similar style as Sin Sing |

Those modern kopitiam is just like Oldtown, Pak Li, papparich & etc... So Hai Siang is just the same. The kopitiam started their biz wth Hai Peng as their name but a wk or two b4 opening they changeg the naem to Hap Siang wth remark using Hai Pheng coffee.
I'm not sure whther others like oltown. Pak li, Hainan kopitiam & etc got halal cert or not but for sure same concept-lah. |
