Yeah... it should be correct
Core Temp is written based on Intel's TAT tool. So, it is more accurate. I'm sure if you run Prime, your CPU @1.7V will go beyond 70C... even water-cooled. This post has been edited by pcmoddingmy: Sep 13 2006, 02:11 AM |

Baok, I booted up at 472MHz FSB direct from BIOS. Although ClockGen worked for me, it didn't help much because my CPU maxed out at 3.3GHz.

Why look for "VDIMM adaptor" when you can just a pencil to mod it?

QUOTE(yehlai @ Dec 22 2006, 05:53 PM) No probs... the guide was up for quite sometime already.. heheWell actually, the 965 Deluxe and 965PT uses exact same PCB. The only difference is the SB chipset (without RAID) and only 4xSATA on the 965PT. In fact, some users have successfully flashed 965 Deluxe BIOS onto the 965PT. Anyways, I suggest you check out the VDIMM controller near the 2.2V jumper just to make sure that it reads "RT9202". If its not the same, I suggest you snap a picture of it and let me check it out. The VDIMM pencil mod should be similar... |

QUOTE(flatfinger @ Dec 22 2006, 09:24 PM) 1 question....this only apply when we set the 2.2V jumper is enabled and shade the resistor rite??...if after shading we set back the jumper down to normal state...the vdimm can be ctrl back or not?? Yes, if you set the jumper back to normal position, VDIMM will be back to normal. |
