Just received a call from HLeBroking agent to explain my predicament. Apparently the share that I queued (an ETF called DWTI) for is some kind of "archive share" & they'll have to engage with their platform partner to add it in.

this is a crucial moment, will be on the prowl for USO & XLE tonight fingers crossed.

looks like its trading below 2000, fail to break above 2000 on previous try. But still too early to say though.
