true too. at present, open makes up 40% of the world output (bloomberg) and there is going to be loads of oil flooding the world markets, and my RON 95 continues to + + + in prices. sigh ... lesser subsidi by my gomen was annouced late afternoon today... sugar, natural gas, what else?

Sometimes, I don't understand how M'sia govt price their petrol. While US are lowering their gasoline as per market price (after July 4th), M'sia govt raise them. I have a feeling they're back filing some pockets somewhere.. hmm.gif

This a normal Greek working hours:

[A] 9am (sometimes 10,11,11:30am varies across different islands) - 3:30pm (close).
[cool.gif 6pm (sometimes 5:30,6:30pm again, varies across different islands) - 9:00pm (close). [only Two days in a week]
[C] Sunday - don't expect much, mostly close.

Some enjoy 1hr-3hrs break on category [A] on the so-called "lunch break". Their break includes a nice nap.

If the countries surrounding Greece are Bangladesh/Myanmar/Indonesia there won't even be a single Greek left within 10years.

I am planning to cover 1/2 positions around $51 and all around $50.

Crude is highy sensitive to the following data:
1) Iran talk - which was extended to 10th July again
2) Tuesday Genscape forecast - before noon
3) Tuesday 4:30pm EST API
4) Wednesday EIA
5) Friday 1pm Bakers Rig Count

This drop is too significant, I am not covering any shorts at the moment but closely monitor the bounce phase. 1st bounce phase for crude will be the importance to regain $52 in shortest amount of time. Until then, we could see a further break below $49 and splash towards $47.50

what? 49 and 47.50? hope local petrol price is not inversely proportional (negatively correlated) to this! hahaha

biggrin.gif You don't owe me nothing, it's your decisions since my view is just one of the millions out there available for you to dig.

However, this is a short-term bearish trend enclose within a intermediate term-sideway breakdown which is also enclosed within a long term downtrend. As such, any bounce attempt to break out from $52 is viewed as a shortable opportunity ( a breakout of $52.20 to be exact will be positive for short term bull trader) . Will not be surprising if we are going to see rig counts increase this Friday and also an increment in build from EIA tomorrow.

From my shallow point of view, the crude is trying to price-in the Iran deal atm, though I doubt the selling ends at $50.58.

appreciate this. i always read yr stuff thrice! biggrin.gif

yes, will be very vigilant. get less sleep, i suppose. laugh.gif

Not to dissapoint you but from my tape reading, the low today on E-mini S&P500@2035 doesn't look healthy to me. At least the volume on the number of contracts are not gradually decrease but sort-of jump-alike. As such, we should revisit this low soon if not today. Until then, all bounce will present an opportunity to sellers.

But if you are holding casino stocks for longer-term, I have no view on that since I don't do long term/intermediate term trading which you can disregard my view.

Ok, this is starting to feel like a boxing match where both sides are taking a break. It's been 30minutes with flat movemet across all equities which only lead to one outcome - everyone is waiting for something. (Similar to pre-FED minutes/ FOMC meeting / Yellen speech on Friday)

Bulls are hoping for good news according to Italy's PM, which should be released in a "few hours". Bears are halting the strike. With such thin volume, the daredevils bullish short term traders are slowly loading up. More waiting games.

looks like a long and subdued evening..... hope the 'good new are, surface to give my little fishes (they were tadpoles when caught earlier but growing in size) a little push. whistling.gif
